To whom this may concern,
This is to state that Louise Owens of Coldwell Banker stated that we could have two homes put out here
due to the fact that we are in Unincorporated Weld County. Also when we bought our property we
specifically said that we would not buy a property that we could not have two houses put on so when she
searched for these guidelines this is a property that came up. She did make several phone calls to find
absolutely that we could put two homes out here.
Bayo and I understood that taxes were paid out at the place until they became due at the beginning of
2003. We specifically asked if they were taken care of and they said yes. When we received a notice
stating how much was owed we called Eric who closed us and he said that we were to send it to our
mortgage holders and they would take of it. We then received our final notice and called our realtor, she
said that they should have been paid for and she will pull our file to verify. We then called Eric again and
he said that we received a credit and we would have to pay them. When we closed they never gave us a
closing amount to bring to the table. The people just said that it would be around this amount, so during
closing procedures we had to go and get another check. That is when we think that all this
misunderstandings took place. We were concerned that this would happen and we did ask that they pay
the taxes so we did not have to worry about it until we would have to pay them for 2002,which would
make them due in 2003. In the end we did pay the one thousand seven hundred fifty dollars for tax year
2001.
