RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT AND REAPPOINTMENTS TO BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Board of Adjustment, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that William Hansen be appointed to said board
as the associate member, to replace Joseph Bodine, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Eric Whitwood be reappointed to said board
as the District 1 representative; and that Joseph Bodine be reassigned from an associate
member position to an At-large member, to replace Gary Stewart, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint William Hansen to said board, and
reappoint and reassign Joseph Bodine to said board, with terms to expire December 1, 2005.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that William Hansen be, and hereby is, appointed; that Eric Whitwood
be, and hereby is, reappointed; and that Joseph Bodine be, and hereby is, reappointed and
reassigned to the Board of Adjustment, all with terms to expire December 1, 2005.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 12th day of February, A.D., 2003.
