RE: APPROVE CORRECTED PLAT FOR RECORDED EXEMPTION NO. 699 -
KEITH SADLER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on August 22, 1984 , the Board approved Recorded
Exemption No. 699 for Keith Sadler, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been advised that, due to a clerical
error, the Plat for Recorded Exemption No. 699 was recorded as
Recorded Exemption No. 669, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it appropriate to have said Plat
corrected and re-recorded.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Plat for Recorded
Exemption No. 699 be corrected and re-recorded for Keith Sadler.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 10th day of
October, A.D. , 1984 .
