RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF DAVE BRESSLER AS DIRECTOR OF PARAMEDIC
SERVICES
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists in the Director of Paramedic Services position,
due to the recent resignation of Gary McCabe, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners deems it advisable to appoint Dave
Bressler as Director of Paramedic Services, effective January 1, 2003.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Dave Bressler be, and hereby is, appointed Director of Paramedic
Services, effective January 1, 2003, to serve at the pleasure of the Board.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 5th day of May, A.D., 2003, nunc pro tunc, January 1, 2003.
