Dear Ms. Monica Daniels-Mika,
This is in nature of a chain letter. We are writing to all the county personnel that will be
involved in deciding the future of our neighborhood. We expect response from each of
our elected or appointed representatives and will monitor their actions against their stated
positions.
Dear Mr. Ogle,
We are writing to voice our opinion of the possibility of the LifeBridge Project being
built in West Weld County.
We believe the development of this property is well beyond what the intent of current
zoning and certainly what we expected when we bought our home in the Elms. The
reason we moved into a more rural location was to avoid the type of traffic and noise that
must attend the current plans.
Even if the plans are dramatically reduced having this type of complex immediately
adjacent to a residential neighborhood is not reasonable. I'm sure you have been
informed of the projected traffic, parking, height of facilities, light pollution etc. so I
won't belabor the points. I believe that the current zoning intent of the county master
plan is clear and the use of a loophole in the law is unwarranted.
We would appreciate a written response that delineates you position on this subject. We
will continue t o monitor the progress and will make our voices heard.
