RE: APPROVAL OF SUBDIVISION EXEMPTION NO. 182 - WILLIS AND
IMOGENE KRAMER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners has reviewed the
request of Willis and Imogene Kramer for an exemption from the
definitions of "subdivision" and "subdivided land" in Section
30-28-101 (10) (d) , CRS 1973 , as amended, and Section 2-1 A. (3)
of the Weld County Subdivision Regulations, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners finds that Willis
and Imogene Kramer are the owners of a certain parcel of land
located in Part of the NW4 of Section 15 , T5N, R65W of the 6th
P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , Willis and Imogene Kramer wish to create two par-
cels of land, being more particularly described as follows :
Parcel A
Tract of land located in Lot "A" of Recorded
Exemption No. 0961-15-2-RE304 located in
the South Half of the Northwest Quarter of
Section 15, Township 5 North, Range 65 West
of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, said
tract of land being more particularly des-
cribed as follows:
Commencing at the West Quarter Corner of
said Section 15 and considering the West
line of said quarter to bear North 00°00 ' 00"
East with all other bearings contained herein

Gentlemen:
The undersigned hands to you herewith an Application for
Subdivision Exemption concerning a one acre tract in the Southwest
Corner of Lot "A" of Recorded Exemption No. 0961-15-2-RE304 located
in the South Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 15, Township
5 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M.
The one acre tract which we ask to split off from said
Lot "A" is our home. We expect to reside on this property for
the rest of our lives.
James Vetting and Michelle Vetting have offered to
purchase the balance of Lot "A" . They will use the said land for
agricultural purposes.
The one acre tract of land has constructed upon it a
three bedroom frame house which has 1200 square feet, and a garage,
30 x 40 steel garage building and an old cement building used
for storage.
We obtain our water from the City of Greeley through the
Delta Pipe Line Company. Our sewer is a septic tank system which
has been in use for seventeen years. The sewage system has
been trouble free in the last ten years.
Mr. and Mrs. Vetting have acquired in the near vicinity
several tracts of land. They have no particular use for the
improvements on Lot "A" . Their offer to us was for the farmland
only with us to retain title to and possession of the home in which
we now reside.
The offer suits our convenience as we are approaching
retirement age and do not have energy or the desire to continue to
farm the balance of Lot "A" .
