RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING NONEXCLUSIVE LICENSE AGREEMENT
FOR UPGRADE AND MAINTENANCE OF A PORTION OF WELD COUNTY ROAD
39 RIGHT-OF-WAY - CARLOS OJEDA, SERGIO OJEDA, AND MARCELINO OJEDA
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Nonexclusive License Agreement for
the Upgrade and Maintenance of a portion of Weld County Road 39 for Carlos Ojeda, Sergio
Ojeda, and Marcelino Ojeda, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 21st day of July, 2003, at which
time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter two weeks to allow Carlos Ojeda,
Sergio Ojeda, and Marcelino Ojeda adequate time to to allow staff time to research other
alternatives.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to
August 4, 2003, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 21st day of July, A.D., 2003.
