I, James Kirkpatrick("Affiant"), being of lawful age and hereby swear and affirm under
oath the following:
1. I am employed by Duke Energy Field Services ("Duke Energy"), and its
designated attorney-in-fact.
2. Duke Energy is the successor-in-interest to the rights of Snyder Oil Corporation
which owns the property described below by virtue of a special warranty deed executed
September 29, 1995. A copy of the deed is attached hereto.
3. The deed concerns property located in the S1/2, SE1/4, SW1/4, Section 24,
Township 2N, Range 63W of the 6th P.M., in Weld County, Colorado, and operates under USR
274.
4. Duke Energy operates a natural gas processing facility on the site, known as the
"Roggen" site.
5. All matters stated herein are based on Affiant's personal knowledge, and if called
as a witness, Affiant is competent to testify and would testify to the matters stated herein.

SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED
SNYDER OIL CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation, with an office
at 1625 Broadway, Suite 2200, Denver, Colorado 80202 ("Grantor") in
consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable
consideration in hand paid, the receipt and sufficiency of which
are hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, sells and conveys to ANGC
CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation, with an office at 370 17th
Street, Suite 900, Denver, Colorado 80202 ("Grantee") , its
successors and assigns, the following described real property:

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the Lands unto Grantee and its successors and
assigns. The Grantor hereby covenants and agrees to warrant and

Lands unto Grantee, against any person who lawfully claims the same
or any part thereof by, through or under Grantor, but not
otherwise, subject to the following exceptions: except any
easements, rights-of-way, leases, mineral reservations and oil and
gas leases of record. This
