Dear Kim,
After the hearing on July 16, 2003 I went and talked to the City attorney and asked him
about permitting the Sanchez family to finish off the pellet order they had already been
paid for, and he gave me an ok providing they do not go over thirty days and I write this
letter advising you of the permission.
Mr. and Mrs. Sanchez do promise that as soon as this order is filled they will stop all
pellet construction. They do not think it will take any longer than the thirty days.
