RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENTS TO FAIR BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Fair Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Stacey Craven be appointed to said board as
the 4-H Youth Executive Council representative, to replace Holly Lanning; that Ashley Gross be
appointed to replace Stacy Craven;that Kelli Johnson be appointed to replace Sonny Schneider;that
Matt Butler be appointed to replace Thomas Holton; that John Scanga be appointed to replace
Kenton Ochsner; that Ryan Nash be appointed to replace Scott Pralle; that Blain Kreutzer be
appointed to replace Philip Morgan; and that Pat Kindvall be appointed to replace Jeff Maxey, and
WHEREAS,it has been recommended and the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Diane
Carlson and Kathy Rickart to said board, with terms expiring September 30, 2006, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Stacey Craven to said board,with a
term backdated to November 4, 2002, and expiring October 6, 2003, and
WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to appoint Ashley Gross to said board,with a term
backdated to November 3, 2003, and expiring September 30, 2006, and
WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to appoint Kelli Johnson to said board,with a term
to expire September 30, 2004, and
WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to appoint Matt Butler to said board,with a term
to expire September 30, 2005, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint John Scanga, Ryan Nash, Blain
Kreutzer, and Pat Kindvall to said board, with terms to expire September 30, 2006.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado,that Diane Carlson and Kathy Rickart be,and hereby are,reappointed to the Fair
Board, with terms to expire September 30, 2006.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado,that Stacey Craven be,and hereby is,appointed to the Fair Board,with a term backdated
to November 4, 2002, and expiring October 6, 2003.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado,that Ashley Gross be,and hereby is,appointed to the Fair Board,with a term backdated
to November 3, 2003, and expiring September 30, 2006.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that Kelli Johnson be, and hereby is, appointed to the Fair Board,with a term to expire
September 30, 2004.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that Matt Butler be, and hereby is, appointed to the Fair Board, with a term to expire
September 30, 2005.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that John Scanga, Ryan Nash, Blain Kreutzer, and Pat Kindvall be, and hereby are,
appointed to the Fair Board, with terms to expire September 30, 2006.
The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded,adopted by
the following vote on the 10th day of December, A.D., 2003, nunc pro tunc November 4, 2002.
