RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING RECORDED EXEMPTION #3502 - DANIEL
OCHSNER
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with Recorded Exemption #3502 for Daniel
Ochsner, 18905 Weld County Road 394, LaSalle, Colorado 80645, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 10th day of November, 2003, at
which time, at the request of the applicant,the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter
to November 24, 2003, and
WHEREAS,as said hearing on November24,2003,with only three Commissioners present,
the applicant requested this matter be continued.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County,Colorado,that the abovementioned matter be,and hereby is,continued to January 12,2004,
at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded,adopted by
the following vote on the 24th day of November, A.D., 2003.
