Gentlemen:
On June 10, 1983 and again on September 13, 1983 we wrote to you requesting
disposition information on land in our district which has been plowed out of
grassland without the proper permits.
The land in question, which lies in Weld County, is a portion of the NW-s of
Section 2, Twp. 9N, Rng. 56W and the NWT of Section 25, Twp. ION, Rng. 57W.
Our board of supervisors is very anxious to receive information about the status
of this land and pending permits for plowing on the land. Your immediate reply
will be appreciated.
