HomeMy WebLinkAbout20033360.tiff 0 RESOLUTION RE: APPROVE CANCELLATION AND RELEASE OF COLLATERAL FOR VIOLATION #9800102 -WICKHAM ET AL WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, by Resolution dated October 13, 1998, the Board directed the County Attorney to take legal action against Jeremiah Wickham and Mary Roberts, for a Violation, VI #9800102 on the following described real estate, to wit: SW1/4 of Section 31, Township 1 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, Case #99-CV-1104 is the resultant court case before the Weld District Court, and WHEREAS, staff from the Weld County Department of Planning Services has conducted a visual inspection of the property and determined the violation no longer exists, and WHEREAS, the County Attorney's Office has determined the current property owners are responsible for said cleanup and, therefore, recommends release of said funds to G & A Land, LLC, do Geno Taylor and Anna Marie Taylor, 1308 7th Street, Fort Lupton, Colorado 80621-1628. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the funds being held in the Clerk to the Board Trust Fund, in the amount $2,100.00, plus interest earned, be, and hereby is, released.
