RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING PROBABLE CAUSE HEARING CONCERNING
USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT #878 - DANIEL OCHSNER AND BARRY
PAYANT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on November 10, 2003, a Probable Cause hearing concerning Use by
Special Review Permit#878 was held before the Board, at which time the Board deemed it
advisable to continue said matter to November 24, 2003, at the request of the property owners,
Daniel Ochsner and Barry Payant, and
WHEREAS, as said hearing on November 24, 2003, with only three Commissioners
present, the applicant requested this matter be continued.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to
January 12, 2004, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 24th day of November, A.D., 2003.
