WHEREAS, specifications for the improvement project on State Highway No. 185 require additional rights of way, and WHEREAS, after due consideration and discussion, it has been found necessary to condemn the required rights of way on certain tracts of land. On motion duly made and seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the County Attorney be and hereby is authorized to institute, on behalf of Weld County, Colorado, condemnation proceedings in the District Court to obtain the said rights of way through certain properties along the route of State Highway No. 185. The resolution was adopted by the following vote, and so ordered.
