You have been identified as a potential participant in the Drought & Water Supply Assess-
ment. To join in this first statewide project to determine how prepared Colorado has
been for drought and identify measures that will better prepare us for the next drought,
please take a few moments to read the following:
1) To participate, one of our representatives will be calling you within one month to read you
the survey over the phone—asking you questions regarding your water needs and con-
cerns.
2) If you would rather schedule your call, please contact us at the 800 number provided be-
low, or you can fill in your contact information in the space provided below and fax this
form to us at 303-860-7560 with the date and time of your choice.
3) Finally, we are trying to collect general information on your water use and water storage -
on average for one year, annually over the last 5 years, and in 1977 (a previous drought
year).
If that information is readily available to you, please have it available for the phone call.
