Dear Mr . Don Warden:
Enclosed herewith is an application for the issuance
of industrial development revenue bonds for Nor-Colo
Distributing Company. Revenue bond issue would be ap-
proximately $875,000 .00 and will be used to construct a
new warehouse in Century Commerce Center in Weld County.
We have retained Kutak Rock & Huie, Denver, Colorado
as bond counsel, and E.F. Hutton & Company Inc. as
underwriter.
We believe we have responded to the points in your
application guidelines as set forth in Ordinance 25 as
amended. If you have any further questions, please feel
free to give me a call, or to call Bob Irvin at Kutak
Rock & Huie . We would like the county to consider an
intent resolution at it 's earliest convenience so that
we may start construction.
