Dear Sir,
Recently the Fire Dist. was notified by the weldcounty
assesors office the right of way your business is located on has
been taken out of the Fire dist. by the Union Pacfic Railroad
along with all of the other property on railroad rights of way.
We feel sure you would like to keep your fire protection
as would your insurance co. We would like to continue to provide
it for you. In order to do this you need to contact a Mr. Kieth W.
Teague General Mgr. of property taxes for the Union Pacfic Railroad
P. O . Box 2500 Broomfield , Colorado 80020 , and inform him of
your desire to be petioned back into the Ault Fire Protection
Dist.
You need to initiate this action as soon as possible .
We will continue to provide you with fire protection for the
time bring, until you have had time to get this matter cleared up
with the Railroad. If you have any futher questions call me
at 834--2763 .

Dear Mr. Teague :
Weld County has been informed by the Ault-Pierce Fire Department
that our grader shed in Ault has been taken out of the Fire Dist-
rict there by the Union Pacific Railroad. This building is
located on the Union Pacific right-of-way.
We were advised that if we would like to keep our fire protection
for this building we would need to initiate a request through
your office to have this done . The Fire Department is continuing
to provide fire protection for us for the time being; however,
we request that we be petitioned back into the Ault-Pierce Fire
Protection District as soon as possible.
If there is anything else that we need to do, please contact our
office.
