CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
Chambers Tracts Subdivision
Date: 471D3.
Project: The work consists of the construction of approximately 1366 feet of roadway which
includes approximately 140 sq. yds. of concrete sidewalk, 807 lin. ft. of curb and gutter type 2, and 650
ton of H.B.P. The project also includes unclassified excavation, riprap, and other incidental work.
Owner: Weld County,Colorado
Contractor: Zak Dirt,Inc., 14290 Hilltop Road, Longmont,CO 80504
The following change is hereby made to the Contract Documents:
Include an additional 363'of Curb and Gutter Type 2(Section MS) @$18/Lin. Ft. for a total of$6,534.
Delete Item 210, Reset Chain Link Fence @$30.00/Lin.Ft. x 40 Lin.Ft._$1,200.00.
CHANGE TO CONTRACT PRICE:
Original Contract Price: $ 105,193.50
Current Contract Price adjusted by previous Change Order: $ 105,193.50
The Contract Price due to this Change Order will be increased by: $ 5,334.00
The new Contract Price, including this Change Order,will be$ 110,527.50
CHANGE TO CONTRACT TIME:
The Contract Time will be increased by 0 calendar days.
The date for completion of all Work will be unchanged .
