TUCKER FOR A SECOND MOBILE HOME TO BE USED AS AN ACCESSORY USE ON AN AGRICULTURAL UNIT ON A PARCEL OF LAND DESCRIBED AS PART OF SECTION 29 , TOWNSHIP 8 NORTH, RANGE 65 WEST OF THE 6TH P.M. , WELD COUNTY, COLORADO WHEREAS, the Bbard of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, C. R. Tucker has applied to the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado for a permit to place a second mobile home on the following described real estate as an acces- sory use on an agricultural unit and which is to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on the 18th day of February, 1981 , considered the request of C. R. Tucker for a second mobile home to be located on a parcel of land more particularly described as follows: The Northwest Quarter of Section 29 , Township 8 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the applicant, as well as the recommendations of the Weld County Department of Planning Services, finds that said request should be granted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of C. R. Tucker for permission to place a second mobile home on the above described parcel of land as an accessory use on an agri- cultural unit be, and hereby is , granted. Mr. Tucker needs another Zoning Permit for a Mobile Home for additional farm and dairy help. This second mobile home is on site near the dairy. Setbacks from the road and property lines appear to be adequate. In this day and age it is essential to have hel livin on th f dairy land and not living several miles away in town.
