The primary residence is occupied by the mobile home resident's parents. Over the past several years the property and all buildings have fallen into disrepair. The property is in a severely dilapidated condition. The barn's roof was badly damaged. The other sheds are also in need of repair. The fencing is not in usable condition, and the livestock waterers are not functioning. The first stage is to renovate the barn so that it is both functional and updated. Restoration will be done on all sheds. The fencing will need to be repaired and modernized. Some livestock waterers will need to be repaired. These repairs will be necessary to restore the farm to its original function. Once the farm is functional then the second stage would be to restore the agricultural use of the property. Which will most likely be a small ranching operation. Special Use Zoning is requested so that the applicants may live on the property for all stages of the restoration. Hello
