taining in all 36.39 acres; Together with all irrigation systems, pumping plants,
motors, water rights, ditches, equipment and appurtenances now or hereafter placec
on said premises or used in connection with irrigating said land, and especially
15 shares of the capital stock of the Fulton Ditch Company; also complete pumping
plant with irrigation well 40 feet deep with 24 inch galvanized iron casing with
6 inch Colorado Pump with 10 H.P. Electric Motor and all accessories in connection
therewith; Subject to an easement for Union Pacific Railroad, Colorado State
Highway Department, by deed recorded in Book 1192 at Page 1 of the Weld County
Records as the same pertains to the East side included in the above description
and a power line easement as the same pertains to the North side included in the
above description, and a ditch on the East side of the highway along part of the
East side of the above described parcel of land, the net acres West of the high-
way being 34.31 acres.
