A regular meeting of the Weld County Utilities Coordinating Advisory Committee was held on Thursday, February 27,
2003, at 10:00 a.m., in the Conference Room of the Weld County Planning Department at 1555 N. 17th Avenue,
Greeley, Colorado.
Members Present: Doug Dalton,Xcel Energy; Don Somer,Qwest; Cody Wooldridge, Central Weld Water District;
Jerry Adams,Atmos Energy;Al Trujillo, United Power; Don Carroll,Weld County Department of Public Works.
Also Present: Kim Ogle, Planner,for Chris Gathman; co-applicants Hubert& Mary Crowder; Donita May, Secretary.

REQUEST: Resubdivision for a Lot Line Change
LEGAL: Lots 1 &2, Block 5, Northmoor Acres, 2n° Filing; W2 Section 24, T4N, T68W of
the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado.
LOCATION: South of and adjacent to Northmoor Drive; approximately 1,000 feet East of
WCR 11; approximately% mile South of WCR 44.
Doug Dalton called the meeting of the Weld County Utilities Advisory Committee to order. Kim Ogle,
Planner, presented case RS-1033, explaining that the purpose of adjusting the lot line is due to the fact
that there is an existing barn that encroaches on the utility easements.
Cody Wooldridge inquired if the owners of both Lots 1 &2 were in agreement to the lot line change? Mr.
Ogle replied that the owners of both lots were co-applicants.
Mr. Dalton polled the Utility Board members asking if they had any reservations about granting the
applicant's request. There were no reservations voiced by any of the attending members of the
committee. Mr. Wooldridge moved that the applicant's request be granted. Mr. Adams seconded. Motion
carried. The meeting was adjourned at 10:15 a.m.
