RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING REQUEST FOR RECORDED EXEMPTION
#3648, AND SUBDIVISION EXEMPTIONS #1000 THROUGH #1003 - RONALD
WARNER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on October 20, 2003, the Board of County Commissioner considered the
request of Ronald Warner for Recorded Exemption #3648, and Subdivision Exemptions #1000
through #1003, and, after hearing all of the testimony presented in these matters, voted to deny
said request, and
WHEREAS, following established procedure, the Clerk to the Board placed the
resolutions on the Consent Agenda for October 22, 2003, to indicate execution date, and
WHEREAS, following Roberts Rules of Order, at the meeting on October 22, 2003, the
Board requested the items be removed from the Consent Agenda and be scheduled for
reconsideration on November 5, 2003, at 9:00 a.m., to allow the applicant, Ronald Warner,
further opportunity to present evidence and to allow notification to other interested parties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, rescheduled to
November 5, 2003, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 22nd day of October, A.D., 2003.
