The Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, met in regular session as the Housing
Authority Board in full conformity with the laws of the State of Colorado at the regular place of meeting in
the Weld County Centennial Center, Greeley, Colorado, December 22, 2003, at the hour of 9:00 a.m.
ROLL CALL: The meeting was called to order by the Chair and on roll call the following members were
present, constituting a quorum of the members thereof:
Commissioner David E. Long, Chair - EXCUSED
Commissioner Robert D. Masden, Pro-Tem
Commissioner M. J. Geile
Commissioner William H. Jerke
Commissioner Glenn Vaad
Also present:
County Attorney, Bruce Barker
Acting Clerk to the Board, Carol A. Harding
Finance and Administration Director, Don Warden
MINUTES: Commissioner Geile moved to approve the minutes of the Housing Authority Board meeting
of November24,2003,as printed. Commissioner Vaad seconded the motion,and it carried unanimously.
NEW BUSINESS:
CONSIDER 2004 WELD COUNTY HOUSING AUTHORITY BUDGET: Tom Teixeira, Director of Housing
Authority, presented a copy of the 2004 Weld County Housing Authority Budget, in the amount of
$259,056 for Weld County,with$2,549,199 in program funding. Commissioner Jerke moved to approve
the 2004 Housing Authority Budget. The motion, which was seconded by Commissioner Geile, carried
unanimously.
Let the minutes reflect that the above and foregoing actions were attested to and respectfully submitted by
the Acting Clerk to the Board.
