WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously ap- proved Recorded Exemption No. 75 for James Davis concerning pro- perty located in the West Half of Section 34 , Township 7 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, James Davis has requested that Recorded Exemption No. 75 be amended by re-dividing the property so that Lot A contains 17 . 280 acres and Lot B contains 81 . 633 acres . The property was split in 1973. Since then I have built a large home and would like to have this new home on the 17.280 acre parcel. The other home will be on the 31 acre and 50 acre parcel, which together would make a nice 81.633 acre farm. I presently own one-half of the Clark farm which is North of Eaton, and I would like to buy out Dick Woods one—half interest in this farm. Since interest rates are too high to borrow money to make this purchase feasible at this time, I would like to sell the 17.280 parcel with the new home.
