RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING CONTRACT FOR TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT
SERVICES - MICHELLE MOORE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Contract for Training and Employment
Services for Michelle Moore, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 4th day of June, 2003, at which
time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter to June 18, 2003, to allow the Board
additional time to consider the matter further in a work session before making a final determination.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado,that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to June 18, 2003,
at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 4th day of June, A.D., 2003.
