RE: GRANT REQUEST TO PRE-ADVERTISE MINOR SUBDIVISION FINAL PLAN,MF#603-
HAROLD AND DORIS BUXMAN / DON AND LISA BUXMAN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS,the Board has received a request from Harold and Doris Buxman, 14441 Weld
County Road 66, Greeley, Colorado 80631, and Don and Lisa Buxman, 2478 North 35th Avenue,
Greeley, Colorado 80634, do AgPro Environmental Services, LLC, 4311 Highway 66, Suite 4,
Longmont, Colorado 80504, for pre-advertisement of an application for Minor Subdivision Final
Plan, MF #603 for eight (8) lots with E (Estate) zone uses, and
WHEREAS, said property is described as part of the W1/2 SW1/4 of Section 21, Township
6 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, after study and review the Board deems it advisable to grant said request,with
the hearing date to be set as July 16, 2003, at 10:00 a.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the request from Harold and Doris Buxman and Don and Lisa Buxman for
pre-advertisement of an application for Minor Subdivision Final Plan, MF#603 for eight(8)lots with
E (Estate) zone uses be, and hereby is, granted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the hearing date to consider said request
be, and hereby is, set as July 16, 2003, at 10:00 a.m.

*AgPro Environmental Services, in a letter dated April 25, 2003, is requesting MF--1642(Minor
Subdivision Final Plat for Buxman Estates). This case was not able to be scheduled for the
June 3 Planning Commission Hearing based on scheduling issues with Planning staff.
Planning staff is in support of this request.

Weld County Board of County Commissioners
I would like to request to preadvertise the final plat for Buxman Estates. Due to the
vacation schedule of the county planner assigned to the case the project will not be
assigned a Planning Commission hearing date until a month after the original time
line. The project was received in accordance with submittal timelines established by
the Planning Department and by preadvertising for the Board of County
Commissioners hearing a minimum amount of time will be lost due to circumstances
beyond our control.

will be representing the owner through out the application process.
