RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR NORTH COLORADO
MEDICAL CENTER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Board of Trustees for North Colorado
Medical Center, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Dr. Richert Quinn be appointed to said
board to replace Dr. Susan Carter; and that Larry James be appointed to said board to replace
George Shovar, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Dr. Richert Quinn and Larry James
to said board, with their terms to expire January 10, 2006.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Dr. Richert Quinn and Larry James be, and hereby are, appointed
to the Board of Trustees for North Colorado Medical Center, with their terms to expire
January 10, 2006.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 13th day of January, A.D., 2003.
