This is to confirm the date of our Pre-Construction Meeting on Project TM 0761-186 Keenesburg to Roggen Bond
Breaker. This meeting will be held in the Greeley RE's Conference Room, 3939 Riverside Parkway,Evans CO 80620,
at 9:00 A L on Thursday July 17,2003.
Transmitted with this letter is a list of documents that must be received by the Resident Engineer's Office 3 working
days before the date of this meeting. If all these documents are not received,the meeting will be postponed. Your
company's E.E.O.Officer should be present at this meeting. The project superintendent shall be present at this
meeting or meeting will not be held.
Please notify your subcontractors of this meeting so that they may attend if they wish to do so.
If for any reason you find it necessary to change the date of the Pre-Construction Meeting,will you please call this

> Contractor's representatives per Project Notification List.
> Form 205's —Application for Permit to sublet. Confidential Statement, Form 713, of
actual subcontract amount must be provided for MBEIWBE subs.
> List of Suppliers. The list must include all material sources and suppliers. Included
the item to be supplied, company name, address, phone number, contact person,
minority/non-minority status.
> Procedure for handling EEO Complaints.
> Method of monitoring subcontractor EEO compliance.
> Supervisory EEO Orientation Meeting Minutes and attendance roster.
> First Project EEO meeting agenda and tentative date.
> Contractor's method of Handling Traffic.
> Work Schedule Bar Chart and Methods Statement, or CPM schedule if required by
. specifications.
> Certificate of Insurance.
