952- Quitclaim deed made on this /2 day of <(/7 � 2001.
RUTS WINDER, a single woman, whose address is 2016 28th Avenue #104, City of
Greeley, County of Weld, State of Colorado, for the consideration of Zero Dollars ($0.00), in
hand paid, sells, conveys and quitclaims an undivided one half(%) interest to RUTH WINDER,
Trustee of THE RUTH WINDER REVOCABLE TRUST, dated April 24, 2001, [UNDER
WHICH TRUST THE GRANTOR OF THIS DEED IS ALSO THE SETTLOR, THE
INITIAL TRUSTEE AND THE LIFETIME BENEFICIARY, (C.R.S. 38-30-108)1, whose
address is 2016 28ih Avenue #104, City of Greeley, County of Weld, State of Colorado, the
following real property in the County of Weld, State of Colorado:

The South Half of the Southwest Quarter (S'SW'k) of Section Fifteen (15),
Township Six (6) North, Range Sixty-seven (67) West of the Sixth Principal
Meridian, except a certain tract in the southwest corner thereof upon which are
located the improvements, the dimensions of which are 305 feet north and south
and 430 feet east and west.

Tract 3. Beginning at the northwest corner of said one quarter section; thence
south along said west line of said one quarter section 900 feet, more or less, to the
north line of the right of way of The Colorado & Southern Railway Company;
thence southeasterly along said north line of said last named right of way 300 feet,
more or less, to the north line of the right of way of the spur track of said The
Great Western Railway Company; thence northeasterly at right angles to the said
north line of right of way of said spur track 5 feet; thence easterly along said north

Principal Meridian, on the west line of said quarter section; thence running south
along said west line a distance of 720 feet, to the right of way of The Colorado &
Southern Railroad Company, formerly The Greeley, Salt Lake and Pacific Railroad
Company, as the same is now constructed over and across said Northeast Quarter
(NE'A); thence running in a southeasterly direction along the edge of said right of
way a distanrr of 440 feet; thence running in a straight line in a northwesterly
direction to the pont of beginning, said tracts five and six containing in all 19%
acres, more or less; all of said above described tracts constituting one farm;
containing 156.8 acres, more or less; all situated in Weld County, Colorado;

3. An lien now existing or which may hereafter be created by virtue of
the inclusion of the above bargained premises within the boundaries of any
