RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 712 - ROBERT C. SANDAU
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, on the 23rd day of March, 1983, considered the re-
quest of Robert V. Sandau to place a mobile home to be used
as a principal dwelling on the parcel of land, which is to be
occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District, more particularly
described as follows:
Part of the SW4, Section 25 , T4N, R66W
of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard
the testimony, finds that said request should be granted sub-
ject to the following conditions : 1) That an adequate means
of sewage disposal be approved by the Weld County Health
Department before the issuance of any building permits; and
2) The Department of Planning Services staff recommendation
for approval is conditional upon the applicant applying for
and receiving a building permit for the mobile home within
thirty (30) days from the date of approval by the Board of
County Commissioners.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Robert
V. Sandau for permission to place a mobile home to be used
as a principal dwelling on the above described parcel of land,
which was found to be in compliance with the Weld County
Zoning Ordinance, Section 43, be, and hereby is , granted subject
to the conditions above listed.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 23rd
day of March, A.D. , 1983.

building permits.
2. The Department of Planning Services staff recommendation for
approval is conditional upon the applicant applying for and
receiving a building permit for the mobile home within thirty
(30) days from the date of approval by the Board of County4

COMMENTS:
The applicant submitted an accurate Plot Plan of the property. The mobile home
is proposed to be located in the improvements area located on the property.
A pivot irrigation sprinkler system currently is located on the property and
irrigates the quarter section. There are two existing accesses to Weld County
Road 35 which are gravel surfaces. The property is currently in agricultural
production. There is a feed lot located on the west side of this property across
Weld County Road 35.
