SANDAU WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on the 23rd day of March, 1983, considered the re- quest of Robert V. Sandau to place a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling on the parcel of land, which is to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District, more particularly described as follows: Part of the SW4, Section 25 , T4N, R66W of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado. WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted sub- ject to the following conditions : 1) That an adequate means of sewage disposal be approved by the Weld County Health Department before the issuance of any building permits; and 2) The Department of Planning Services staff recommendation for approval is conditional upon the applicant applying for and receiving a building permit for the mobile home within thirty (30) days from the date of approval by the Board of County Commissioners. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Robert V. Sandau for permission to place a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling on the above described parcel of land, which was found to be in compliance with the Weld County Zoning Ordinance, Section 43, be, and hereby is , granted subject to the conditions above listed.
