RE: APPROVE REVISION TO 2003 WELD COUNTY PARAMEDIC SERVICES FEES
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a revision to the 2003 Weld County
Paramedic Services Fees, Exhibit#5-B of the Weld County Code, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said fees, a copy of
which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the revision to the 2003 Weld County Paramedic Services Fees be,
and hereby is, approved.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by the Board that the Clerk to the Board be, and hereby
is, directed to include said revised fees in the next supplement to the Weld County Code with the
amendments contained herein, to coincide with chapters, articles, divisions, sections, and sub-
sections as they currently exist within said Code; and to resolve any inconsistencies regarding
capitalization, grammar, and numbering or placement of chapters, articles, divisions, sections,
and sub-sections in said Code.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 25th day of June, A.D., 2003.

RE: Proposed Paramedic Services Rate Increase
Following the work session on June 17, 2003 with the Board of County Commissioners the Weld
County Paramedic Services 2003 rates were reviewed. An adjustment of 15% was made to the
rates and a copy included for your review and comment.

meeting.
