Subject: Mineral development plant on WCR 8 between Highway 85&WCR 27
We own property at 14647 WCR 8 and we are requesting that you deny the application for a mineral
development plant including a concrete and asphalt batch on WCR 8 between Highway 85 and WCR 27.
This proposed development would create more traffic congestion, more pollution,
more noise, and more noxious odors in this area and would have a very negative effect on this
neighborhood.
Southern Weld especially along Highway 85 has too many gravel trucks now and this type of development
is deteriorating our quality of life.
