Brief narrative as to why the reduction was made: After running a market grid I applied a 10% external obsolescence due to 3 high pressure gas lines that go through the property. After applying the obsolescence the value was lowered to $448,177. 7. Both parties agree that the hearing scheduled before the Weld County Board of Equalization on at be vacated; or, a hearing has not yet been scheduled before the Board of Equalization x (check if appropriate).
