WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, pursuant to its authority under Section 30-28-101(10)(d), C.R.S., did determine at a public meeting held in the Chambers of the Board, that a certain parcel of land, to be divided into two parcels, as shown on the plat known as Recorded Exemption #3636, does not come within the purview of the definition of the terms, "subdivision" and "subdivided land," and WHEREAS, the request for Recorded Exemption #3636 was submitted by A. R. (Alvin) Brand,Jr.,3251 Weld County Road 21, Fort Lupton,Colorado 80621,for property which is located in part on the following described real estate, to-wit: Lot B of Recorded Exemption#2505;being part of the S1/2 N1/2 SE1/4 of Section 15, Township 1 North, Range 67 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado being more particularly described in the plat which shall be provided by the applicant and known as Exhibit "A," said plat to be recorded, and WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 10th day of December, 2003, at which time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter two months to allow adequate time for a newly retained attorney to best represent the interests of Mr. Brand. NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to February 18, 2004, at 9:00 a.m. 2003-3404 RE3636 (�1 : AZ, v9O4 t 3 RE: ACTION OF BOARD RE #3636 - A.
