COLORADO Subject: Legal Action Authorization
The Department of Building Inspections has scheduled the following violations to be considered at the
December 9,2003,hearing beginning at 10:00 a.m. The Department of Building Inspections is requesting
that the Board review the individual cases and determine whether or not to authorize legal action to remedy
the violations.
