RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS TO CHILD PROTECTION CITIZEN REVIEW PANEL
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Child Protection Citizen Review Panel, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Linda Chase be reappointed to said board
as a regular member, and that Gilbert Burgerhoff be reappointed as an alternate representative,
and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Linda Chase and Gilbert
Burgerhoff to said board, with terms to expire March 4, 2006.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Linda Chase and Gilbert Burgerhoff be, and hereby are,
reappointed to the Child Protection Citizen Review Panel, with terms to expire March 4, 2006.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 26th day of February, A.D., 2003.
