The property in question will be used to park, repair and store carnival equipment and trucks during the off season, from Oct 15th, until March 15th. 2. The land will be used consistently with use of the surrounding land. The proposed use of the site will have no affect on agricultural growth or development. 3. The proposed land use will not affect the health, safety, convenience,moral order or welfare in any way. The site will not cause excessive waste, nor will it harm or endanger wildlife. The site is not a historical or archeological area. The proposed site usage will help with economic growth in the area as all equipment and vehicles are licensed in Weld County and revenues are spent in the area. 4. The neighbors immediately to the south run a business with a number of trucks and equipment parked and stored at their home. The neighbor to the north has several trucks and cars parked at his home, and he works on vehicles at the same location. The person living within 500 ft. to the west runs a trucking business with numerous truck tractors, equipment trailers, and various other hauling equipment parked at his home. Less than a half of a mile south of our location is a large dairy and compost plant. Our proposed use of the property is consistent with the surrounding area because we are also storing equipment and vehicles used to operate our business. 5a. 6 people will be using site. B. 4 seasonal employees employed at site. C. N/A No business will be run from this site, it will strictly be used for storage and repair of equipment and vehicles. D. N/A No structures will be built on site. E. 2 horses and 3 dogs (for personal use) which are not pertaining to the business. F. Vehicles will not be coming in and out of site except for when the season starts and ends each year. Trucks range from I tons to small truck tractors. The heaviest piece of equipment will be about 30,000gvw. G. Mountain View Fire Protection District. H. No irrigation water. Domestic water is Little Thompson Water District. I. Septic System. J. Equipment and Vehicles. 6. N/A no landscaping will occur at site. 7. N/A There will be no reclamation procedures occurring. 8. By natural run off. Nothing will be changed. 9. N/A No construction or landscaping will be needed for site. 10. Trash truck pick up trash from dumpster once a week. Oil is stored in a steel drum above ground for pickup.
