Dear Sirs:
The purpose of this packet furnished to you, which contains material,
deeds, maps and other pertinent information gathered by Clyde W.
Sullivan, is to propose a Subdivision Exemption for a parcel of land
owned by Clyde W. Sullivan. This parcel of land is located in the
Northeast Quarter of Section 3, Township 6 North, Range 66 West of
the 6th P.M. Weld County, Colorado and Contains 2.968 acres.
This parcel of land described above has been in ownership of Clyde W.
Sullivan and his father and mother before him, since the early 1900's.
The reason for this application for the Subdivision Exemption, is
that there has been a request from Edward Schnorr to buy this parcel
of land to add to his own farm, which he owns adjoining the Sullivan
farm.
Mr. Edward Schnorr owns the tract of land situated in the West Half
(w1/2) and the Southeast Quarter (BEDS) of Section 3, Township Six (6)
North, Range Sixty-Six (66) , West of the 6th P.M. Weld County,
Colorado.
Mr. Schnorr feels that this parcel of land owned by the Sullivan's
would be beneficial to him in order to square up his fields and
farm, for better farming practices.
