THIS CAUSE, coming before the Court on Petitioner's Motion for Issuance of a Citation
for Contempt and the Court, now being fully advised:
ORDERS the Clerk of this Court to issue a Citation to the above-named Respondent,
Arthur Kohn,to appear in the District Court in and for the County of Weld, State of Colorado,
Division I, on Thursday ,the 21st day of August , 2003, at the hour of
9:00 a.m,to show cause, if any he has, why he should not be held in contempt of this Court,
and why a fine or imprisonment, for a period of time not to exceed six (6) months, should not be
imposed upon him to vindicate the dignity of this Court.

CONTEMPT CITATION
WHEREAS, it appears to the District Court in and for said Weld County, that Arthur
Kohn has violated the Court Order of District Court Judge West, signed on January 24, 2003,
prohibiting the Respondent, Arthur Kohn, his agents, servants% employees, licensees, guests, and
those acting in active concert with him from using,maintaining, storing, or occupying or
allowing the use, maintenance, storage, or occupancy of the non-commercial junkyard and
number of animal units located on property described as Lot 6, Ranch Egg, Inc. Subdivision, a
Subdivision of Weld County, Colorado, also known by street and number a s2790 175th Avenue,
Erie, Colorado 80516, an unincorporated area of Weld County, Colorado, unless and until
Respondent first complies with the Weld County Code by submitting and having a screening
plan approved by the Department of Planning Services and installed around the non-commercial
junkyard and enclosed in a building and by reducing the number of household pets to coincide
with the number allowed or obtaining a Use by Special Review for a kennel.
YOU, ARTHUR KOHN, are commanded to appear before the District Court of
Weld County, Colorado,Division I, on the 21st day of August , 2003,
