RE: APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT TO RECORDED EXEMPTION #636 -
MARIAN PEPPLER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on October 5 , 1983, the Board of County Commis-
sioners of Weld County, Colorado approved Recorded Exemption
No. 636 for Marian Peppler concerning property located in part
of the SWa, Section 36 , Township 5 North, Range 66 West of the
6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, an amendment to Recorded Exemption #636 has been
requested, and
WHEREAS, Recorded Exemption No. 636 divided the property
into parcels of 59 acres and 1 acre, more or less, and
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the Board' s attention that
the request should have been for 110 acres and 1 . 002 acres , more
or less , and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to
approve the amendment to Recorded Exemption No . 636 for Marian
Peppler on the above described parcel .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the above mentioned
amendement to Recorded Exemption No. 636 , requested by Marian
Peppler, be, and hereby is, approved.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 14th day of
March, A.D. , 1984 .
