RE: DECLARE VEHICLE OWNED BY WELD COUNTY AS SURPLUS PROPERTY.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the County of Weld has acquired title to a 1971
Ford Thunderbird, I. D. #1Y84N114456 , through Civil Action Nor
29951, and
WHEREAS, said vehicle is not needed by Weld County for
governmental purposes, and
WHEREAS, the Board desires to declare said 1971 Ford Thunder-
bird as surplus property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis-
sioners of Weld County, Colorado that the 1971 Ford Thunderbird
acquired by Weld County through Civil Action No. 29951 be, and
hereby is, declared to be surplus property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that there shall be a
ten-day waiting period before disposing of said property.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 7th day of
April, A.D. , 1980.
