Dear Monica:
A quick note of"thanks" for the research you and your staff gave to the Jon File-Filly
Ridge PUD (PZ-1027)that was heard yesterday at your SouthWest Weld Location in Del
Camino.
Our concern to this PUD has been water issues, and—although Mr. File's representative
felt like the above PUD did not cause our water problems, it certainly came from somewhere on
his parcel where he had been land-leveling. We are concerned also of the speed with which he is
progressing without permits.
Again,thank you for your attention to this issue.
