RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS TO REGIONAL COMMUNICATIONS ADVISORY
BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Regional Communications Advisory Board,
and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Wes Scott be reappointed to said board as
the Fire Zone A representative; and that Tom Davis be reappointed to said board as the Police
Zone 4 representative, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Wes Scott and Tom Davis to
said board, with their terms to expire December 31, 2005.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Wes Scott and Tom Davis be, and hereby are, reappointed to the
Regional Communications Advisory Board, with their terms to expire December 31, 2005.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 8th day of January, A.D., 2003.
