Please be advised that Patina Oil & Gas Corporation ("Patina"), as mineral owner, was recently
contacted by the engineering firm of Banks and Gesso, LLC related to the captioned matter.
Patina has reviewed the plans of Amheim, LLC and finds they do not conflict or interfere with
Patinas leasehold rights to develop the mineral estate underlying the USR area. Further, Patina
waives the thirty (30) day notice as required by statute.
