Dear Mr. Morrison:
This letter will confirm our understanding that the Lease Agreement effective January
1, 1995, between The Board of County Commissioners of The County of Weld, State
of Colorado and the Board of Trustees of the North Colorado Medical Center (referred
to as the "Lessor") and North Colorado Medical Center, Inc., now known as NCMC,
Inc., (referred to as the "Lessee"), made with respect to Lots 1,2,32, 33 and the North
34 feet of Lots 3 and 31, Block 5, First Addition to Fairacres, in the City of Greeley,
County of Weld, State of Colorado, has been terminated and is now leased to NCMC,
Inc. pursuant to the terms of the Third Supplemental Ground Lease dated as of
November 1, 2003.
Please acknowledge the foregoing by signing and returning to me the copy of this letter
which is enclosed.
