State of Colorado, Weld County Clerk & Recorder
RE: APPROVAL OF THE SALE OF THE PLATTEVILLE GRADER SHED
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County ,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute, and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter , is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on March 25 , 1981, bids were presented concerning
the sale of the Platteville grader shed, said shed being located
on the following described property:
Lot Ten ( 10) , in Block Seven (7) , in the
Town of Platteville, according to the
recorded map or plat thereof.
WHEREAS, Dave Knowlton submitted the high bid of $9 ,111 . 00
and the Board desires to accept said bid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the high bid submitted
by Dave Knowlton concerning the sale of the Platteville grader
shed be, and hereby is, accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners
that the Chairman of the Board be, and hereby is, authorized to
sign the Warranty Deed concerning said grader shed.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 25th day of
March, A.D. , 1981 .
