WHEREAS, Dave Knowlton submitted the high bid of $9 ,111 . 00 and the Board desires to accept said bid. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the high bid submitted by Dave Knowlton concerning the sale of the Platteville grader shed be, and hereby is, accepted. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners that the Chairman of the Board be, and hereby is, authorized to sign the Warranty Deed concerning said grader shed. The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 25th day of March, A.D. , 1981 .
