This morning on the phone, he told me that the building is a 80 x 40. In our computer, we show it is a 20 x 40. As per our conversation this morning, he is going to get a new permit. In that new permit, we need to make sure that we get the right size of the building. I also told him that we could save him a little bit of time, by letting him transfer the information (warranty deed) from the old permit into the new permit. He does need to understand that the NCJY needs to be taken care of before the new permit will be issued. There will be a new violation number for the building Tuesday afternoon. I will inform the new number to everyone needing that information.
