RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT AND REAPPOINTMENTS TO JUVENILE COMMUNITY
REVIEW BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Juvenile Community Review Board, and
WHEREAS,it has been recommended that Kelli O'Brien be appointed to said board as the
Social Services alternative representative, to replace Joyce Hause, and
WHEREAS,it has been recommended that Chris Vogt be reappointed to said board as the
Law Enforcement representative;that Patryce Engle be reappointed to said board as the alternate
Law Enforcement representative; that Kyle Ragland be reappointed to said board as the Social
Services representative; that Gus Lind be reappointed to said board as the Juvenile Services
Planning Committee representative; and that Mike Guthrie be reappointed to said board as the
alternate Juvenile Services Planning Committee representative, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Kelli O'Brien to said board, and to
reappoint Chris Vogt,Patryce Engle, Kyle Ragland,Gus Lind,and Mike Guthrie to said board,all with
terms to expire November 1, 2006, and
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County,Colorado,that Kelli O'Brien be,and hereby is,appointed to the Juvenile Community Review
Board, with a term to expire November 1, 2006.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado,that Chris Vogt, Patryce Engle,Kyle Ragland, Gus Lind,and Mike Guthrie be,and hereby
are,reappointed to the Juvenile Community Review Board,with terms to expire November 1,2006.
